Tiger Cam
Hi Raiders, Just came back from a short family holiday at Soldiers Point, Port Stephens. Weather wasn’t great over the last few days so quality fishing time was limited. Finding a sheltered spot enabled me to throw a few plastics around to score a couple of nice local estuary dwellers. Fish were caught on 1/16 or 1/8, 1.0 jig head, 8lb leader. Plastics that did the damage were the 2” Gulp shrimp in lime tiger and Gulp 2” swimming mullet in watermelon. Unfortunately one of my favourite rods went overboard ....and my contemplated jumping out of the speeding boat to retrieve it The local ramp has had floating pontoons added which makes a good facility even better Cheers, Cam
