Cliftons Wharf Still Out?

hi

ive read clifton gardens wharf is going to be out for some time

though is it still fishable from the far right hand side of the baths?

or has been baracaded off totally?

just wanna drop a line down at my feet for some of those leather jackets that should be building up

if not, can anyone recommed a wharf with similar depth and numerous lether jackets in that area?

last time i went to balmoral (i think) there was no wharf at all
