Basil D Posted May 21, 2010 Share Posted May 21, 2010 fillet your Bonito, debone and skin off, remove the bloodline as well. sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning all over the fillets. mix a bowl of dry flower with chillie flakes and mix Italian herb. roll the fillets through it and shallow or deep fry.
