Botany Bay Surface Activity

Hi Raiders,

Went out Sat Arvo for a quick flick. Spotted about 20 dolphins all going nuts on the Tailor which was under the boat. Never seen the sounder with arches quiet like that in the bay. Looked like a swarm of tuna beneath me. Anyway it was hard to get any fish so we decided to take some pics and move off. This was 200 mtrs outside the entrance to Towra. We spotted another school of Tailor going nuts close to the point and we managed to catch 10 legals at 35cm and several 25cm fish which we released to fight another day.. All in all some good fun.

Watched a pod of Dolphins chasing fish at the entrance to the Hacking over the weekend as well, good signs that they're around as its a sure sign that the fish schools are moving back in to the Esturies.
