BarCrusher
Hi raiders, Went out last Sat morning for a quick session and managed to land a 70 odd cm Shark. It was in the bay next to the run way and have never in my past 7 or so years fishing the bay came across one of these guys. He smashed a whole pilly and then after a short fight and catch and release I hooked him up again (must have been starved!) this time he had the better of my 10lb leader. He also made a meal out of a tailor I had just caught and bit right through it. Anyone know what species of shark it is?? Cheers Barcrusher

hookerbruce
Hi I would think maybe a thresher by the length of the tail. Havn't looked in the book yet We caught a big one of Kurnel 3 times in half an hour once. Bruce

brettmann86
Bronzies under a metre and a half are excellent on the chew! why you think i spend so much time chasing the smaller ones for food and the monsters for fun!
