tf211
Well, we tried. Started trolling as we passed Shark Is, continued all the way around South Head and down to Bondi, staying just off the rocks. Nothing there, so we headed offshore with the bigger lures out. Headed toward the 12 mile, and conditions went from lovely to sloppy to "not nice at all" with a lot of wind. We figured we wouldn't be able to handle the drift at the reef, so headed back to just outside North Head. Bottom bashed for a couple of hours for a nice flattie and not much else. It was cold and very windy, so we came inside to Quarantine and still not much home. A good day with great people, but not our day for fish. We live to fish another day.
