manhands
Ok so got an email from friend who was on scuba boat yesterday morning- they saw and photographed a Whale Shark! Pretty unbelievable sight for here, once in a lifetime. Confirmed by the scuba company's Facebook page with more pix. I know not a catch but hell of a rare sighting. Mr Squidy
That’s incredible, was fairly dubious but seems to check out: Australian Museum Link Photo's from Abyss Scuba Hope the big fella makes it out of the bay without tangling with any boats. GregL
Thats awesome! I thought they love the warm waters??? Bloody amazing animals, the one we saw on the Barrier Reef was only a baby, would love to see a full sized one. The skin was sorta rubbery like a dolphin, I was expecting a rough skin like a shark(whale SHARK) must be more whale than shark lol. G
