Guys somehow got a day off tomorro so i wanna sneak in a jig sesson offshore but the forcast is making me think twice.

http://swell.willyweather.com.au/nsw/central-coast/terrigal.html Here we got reseasonable conditions to go offshore

http://www.bom.gov.au/nsw/forecasts/huntercoast.shtml but here we have pretty strong winds and big swell.

what is the G. O :mad3:

G'day

Got a message saying bom have issued strong wind warning for tomorrow. I would trust them first and foremost myself. But i usually fish on smaller boats. Good luck if you get out mate

Cheers Leo

Use to thgink willyweather was the best till they got it wrong 3 wks ago and i was left fishing in 20knots and not as was suggested that morning at max 9knots.

But how right can they actually be?

Just a heads up guys, it may pay better to look at maps and study the charts from bom.gov.au.

All the wind reports from willy and the like come from Bom, Bom have the stations and can predict to a certain degree. But if you look at the charts on Bom, lows, highs etc, you can get a feel for how the weather is moving and hence wind and swell + also its not the hard to learn

My prediction for next weekend the 18th and 19th .....1.5 metre swell decreasing, overcast but clearing and little wind....lets see if I'm correct lol :yahoo:
