kingky
Went with a mate down to the gong yesterday out at Port Kembla, land based. Still appears to be alot of good sized salmon and bonitos around but also a mixed bag. Caught quite a few flatties, snapper, trevally and a few lil rock-looking-cods suprisingly but all of which were unfortunately under sized, though i am sure they were glad to live another day. Was pleased to come across a couple of kingies but they were undersized too. Caught my first fish using soft plastics but most were caught on the good ole pillies and squid. The conditions were great with the sun shining, lil wind and calm ocean, i couldnt have asked for a better day but the temp sure dropped as the sun went down.
