shred
Keen on getting some new lures for the next bass season, I got some basscadas, kokoda bats, and other assorted surface lures. I wanna grab a few Sammy 65s for this season, does anyone reccommend any colours? Also gonna get some spinner baits and sub surface lures, as I've never really had a crack besides surface luring. is there any must haves? Cheers, Shane

Hodgey
I use spinnerbaits in 1/8 oz to 1/4 oz. Natural colored skirts, black/red, black/purple and natural/green are all very successful colors. Sammys and NW's in Impact Yellow, Ghost Ayu and Ghost Minnow are all very successful colors in my waterway. TN50's/60's are a must have in your collection ... as is a 'tackleback' in case you get stuck! Good luck! Cheers Hodgey

GregL
Nepean I have had good sucess on the Smiths Mebapens when the little buggers are about. Gulp minnows in watermelon when they are up in the pools suspended. grub and gold spinner combos for weedy edge dog x gun surface.
bassboy888
natural colours for the jackall too, ghost ayu and ayu are probably the better natural colours. also add to the surface lures the ever reliable arbogast jitterbugs Edited July 6, 2011 by bassboy888
