KILLER355 Posted August 7, 2011 Share Posted August 7, 2011 Gday Raiders Fished the breakwall yesterday at Port Kembla , plenty of salmon , mackerel , few tailor and lots of the fish in the picture but what are they ? I got told by a bloke down there that they were Baracuda is that right ? Yowie Posted August 7, 2011 Share Posted August 7, 2011 They can be eaten hot smoked, just watch out for the bones, best way of cooking than other methods. I used a shoe box size smoker, and ate them hot from the smoker. When that's all you catch, they are better eating than carp or kelp fish.
