British conger eel

so in 2006 i was wreck fishing off the south west coast of the uk and landed this 7ft+ conger eel in 200m of water. dunno if there is a record for this on the website?

There will be mate. Submit it to admin. I did with my Atlantic Cod record.I caught it in the same area, wreck fishing off Plymouth.

Thats a good Conger, did the skipper put you forward to join the British Conger club? it looks like it would qualify.

yes mate he did, an i joined, 1 of 38 juniors in the entire uk at the time got me a jumper, hat n stuff, an all the mags. was loving it
