Here is a quicky any one can make, simple delicious and mouth watering,

Crumbs, lemon pepper season, Murray river pink salt flakes, cut fresh thyme, fresh oregano very finely, mix together.

Cut your fish into fillets and roll them into the crumb mix and cook a few minutes each side

Try this one on the gemmies......Grill fillet then add lobster mornay and sprinkle a bit of permeson cheese or any cheese of desire, put back under griller to brown of a bit and serve with chips. Had it like this at a restaurant once and ever since then i only eat my gemmies like that as per phone conversation but i thought there might be others that might be interested.
