I'm just starting to fish in Sydney and am looking for a good land based fishing spot like Jetty or Rocks.

Can you please give me some pointers on where is a good jetty to fish? Prefers to be able to eat the catch as well.

I live in Beverly Hills (near Hurstville) and can travel around but prefers not to travel over to the North Side of the Sydney Harbour.

What are your target species, I grew up fishing from South Head to Kurnell on the rocks and fished most of the estuaries in between. I can give you a list of spots.

Any species really. I'm not fussed but would prefer places where the fish I can eat.

Would you give me where exactly are these spots and what bait to use?
