While down south in Gymea picking up a piece of furniture for a relative i thought i would throw in a line. Grabbed some cruddy frozen hawkesbury prawns and threw a line in under the Tom Ugly's bridge. Hooked up on first cast, the fish pictured below, i think its a small king? I could be very wrong- but if right a very happy man to land my first king, small but hey they start somewhere don't they?? For a small fish, 25cm or so it put up hell of a fight... Quick snap and back it went. We caught a few other bream and a few smallish whiting, none the less, a good quick hour and a half of wheel spinning. Still keen to find some decent sized fish...
