LeoB
G'day Can't speak from experience but have heard a light beer batter is damn good. Cheers Leo
Robofish
You are in for a treat, I fillet and skin them, cut them into strips and shallow fry them in a light beer batter. Make some dip using mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper and they are great. Enjoy. Dave Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Onajewagain
Yep, fush n chup em. Beer batter and some fresh cut chips are buet. Dipping sauce use mayo, a little tomato sauce, a splash of tobasco, lemon, and mix it up. You want a really light red colour. Now I'm hungry, thanks.
