Luderick Hunter Posted February 5, 2012 Share Posted February 5, 2012 Had the best ever Luderick day I have had today, previous best was a 50 fish session (2 people) in lake Illawarra, Today we went for 70, Kept a big feed and released many for another day and gave some kids that couldnt catch anything a feed too. I was there with a few friends and cousins, not really fishing (though couldnt resist a small flick), and seen a guy pulling in blackfish after blackfish for around 3 hours, while not many other people were catching anything. Used to live in the Gong and always caught heaps of Luderick in the lake and off the back of Towradgi pool when the swell was up. Seen a few guys catching them in the lake near bull island over Xmas.
