South Pacific Anchor Winches Any Good ?

Well, finally sorted out my rollers and the boat now flys off the trailer, I actually have to hold it now as it starts coming off as soon as I back the trailer winch cable tension of

Anyway, I'm looking at buying one of those south pacific anchor winches for my 6meter quinny after making the lift the anchor up and down a few times she totally agreed

Has anyone got any experiences with this type of anchor winch I'm looking at the 700F model.

Any comment would be great, and if you have installed it yourself, are there any Gotchas that I need to keep an eye out as I will be fitting it myself.
