Dan1977
After a long day at work made a late decision to wander down for a "flick". Not a bad stretch landbased, plenty of rocks, timber etc for the "perch" to hide. Arrived around 6.30pm to find the weather had turned a little chilly and a bit of wind. First half hour, had maybe one bump on the spinnerbait. While I was spinning parallel to the bank, which is key here due to the great structure to be found, thought given the conditions maybe slowing the retrieve down might be the go. Two out of the next four casts produced a 38cm model, followed by his mate who went 40cms. Called it a day as the light was fading.
