Hi All

Spent last Sat & Sun fishing Glenbawn with my brother.

The weather was perfect in the mornings but really hot during the day and stormy in the afternoons.

The middle of the day was spent in the air conditioned cabins watching the cricket.

We fished really hard about 5 hours each morning and each afternoon.

We caught roughly 10 fish each although my brother caught the better fish and a few more as usual.

Nearly all the fish were around the 35-40 cm mark but were really well conditioned, fought really hard and were extremely agressive on the take.

A few were caught on the surface in the mornings but most were caught on spinnerbaits off rocky points.

I know what it's like that weather is a killer eyy. But looks like your hard work was rewarded those are some brilliant bass! They go hard when they are that solid, even harder off the surface!

It was a great weekend up there. It started off a little slow with just one fish each off the surface in the first session. Then we worked out a bit of a pattern and then they started to play ball. All fish were in great condition and the majority fell to small spinnerbaits in natural colours.

Some very nice fish there. Good report thumbup.gif.

We just got back from a few days there and we found them hard to find but once found and hooked they gave a very hard fight.
