Fish Finder: Identifying Kings

have been working on my V19R for months and finally it's ready for the water! Very much looking forward to chasing a few kings in the coming weeks around sydney. In terms of using my new sounder, i was just posting to get some info on how you guys identify schools of kings from others such as tailor/salmon. How do they appear on the sounder? I picked up mine from a mate second hand it's not a dedicated fish finder but looks like it has all the gadgets and potential to point me towards some good fish. It's a Simrad CE33. I'm very excited about getting out on the water after working on installing rod holders/servicing engine/antifouling etc etc etc so any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
