Kingfish1999
Hi guys Goin to the hawkesbury river this Sunday or the following Sunday for jewfish. I have never been jewfishing before and I was thinking if I do it would be the hawkesbury. I heard Westmead u can get livebait but other spots would be good to. Also with the live bait was thinking Juno flint and steel and Broken bay, but I only have a 4metre tinnie with a 20hp I will be putting in a parsley bay but will travel for the fish. Any advice would be great Cheers ethan
Scratchie
Haven't heard of many reports of jewfish in the Hawkesbury lately. But I'm sure they are there somewhere. Just work the tide changes, also the bridges are worth a mention. Good luck!! Cheers scratchie!!!
brettmann86
Currently there are loads and loads of jewies from well undersized to about 60cm the tiny ones will start to annoy you on your bream baits but feed Down a livie at any if the places you mentioned as well as the bridges on one if the tide changes and your in for a good chance
