tasksta
Hey all Finally made it to the basin. Private jetty is fairly shallow, its high tide and roughly 80cm deep. How shallow is too shallow to moor/drive/position boat safely? Its pissing rain so will wait to check out low tide. Cheers

Pelagic_Prowler
check whats under the water to. If there is a submerged log/anything pointy it could damage your hull if its glass.
a boat
Hi, I know the Basin well and with the outboard trimmed up you will be fine but make sure she is secured becasue there is alot of wind up here at the moment and keep an eye on the internal water level if you do not have an auto bilge pump because as I mentioned in another post when we get alot of rain boats sink pretty quickly. You would have the Basin to yourself today I imagine with this weather. Cheers, Huey.

tasksta
Yes all good thanks. When i bought the boat i got a few old canvas sheets thrown in, i pulled them out last night. Would you believe there was a custom made cover that simply snapped on! Boat is bone dry still.
