Hi folks Can someone please recommend by PM a good charter in Port Stephens? Not keen on the 'free for all' charters with 20 guys using old TLD's and 50lb mono, im after something more focused. Thanks in advance. Cheers

I was looking for the mowies/reds and all i found was flatties! Plenty in 40m around Dover Heights. Sure was nice till that wind whipped up, i can almost taste summer.

Launch from rose bay and poke out past the heads and check out the arty thats what ill be doing. Just remember its always a little rougher between the heads with deflection until your well clear of north head so dont get gun shy. Ill be doing the same and drifting for flatties, get me on VHF if you like. Callsign dirty Nelly. Cheers Paul

No just the standard tranny but the accuracy and resolution after the HDS is amazing. I swear i can mark a single slimey in 40m. Best thing is the functionality combo of the touch screen and the rotary knob its so quick and easy to use. Touch a point, zoom in with the knob its just so nice to use. Enjoy!

I was concerned about cmaps when i bought my simrad but it has been fantastic. There is a Little more detail on navionics but id take simrad with cmap over lowrance with navi any day.

We got one Albie just past the shelf, North of browns. Just the one but Measured 98cm, and was a bloody horse.

People talk about 'performance' of an outboard, surely 200hp is 200hp? I know there may be an increased torque curve vs another model but its not like an outboard takes long to rev out and there is only one gear?
