benj
Hi Fellow Raiders, we just caught a 70 centimetre Eel in Sydney Harbour. Are these good to eat? If so, how do you clean and prepare? Any advice would be appreciated! Edited April 22, 2013 by benj
Yowie
Cooked up one many years ago. Cut the fillets off and baked them in an oven, with bacon pieces to flavour it. The meat was a bit fatty but quite edible. Google a recipe if no-one can help you: I am not a great cook.

LungFai
Skin it, and use it in a curry. Otherwise a fish stew. Or smoke it, but be warned, smoking causes lung disease
