CarlRak Posted May 9, 2013 Share Posted May 9, 2013 Raiders, A well-credentialed member told me a little while ago that if you can find the bait you're half-way to finding the fish. A couple of nights ago I was on the north side of the harbour again, mid-tide running out. Thought it was worth a look. There was bait everywhere, frenzied, agitated, hitting the surface. Thought there might be something bigger underneath. Grabbed a rod from the car, tied on a big plastic and about five casts in I got hit. Nice little fish at 63cm.
