Mr Squidy
Was looking through the Australian Museum website today and came across these clips of Jewie schools. Nothing amazing but I'm sure some of the other Jewfish tragic's will find them interesting as well. http://australianmuseum.net.au/movie/Mulloway-on-the-HMAS-Brisbane http://australianmuseum.net.au/Mulloway-Argyrosomus-japonicus/

Yowie
As I have posted previously, the small jewies were like that inside Port Hacking many years ago in a 'secret' spot. Caught up to 40 in a night, most sent back. Not measured but around the 2 to 6 pound mark. After sundown, the school would swim up under the boat, about 15 foot down, and you could not get a bait past the school to catch anything else, even the tailor had trouble grabbing a bait. The jewies were a bloody pest at times, would not hear fishos saying that these days.
