qnut Posted September 17, 2013 Share Posted September 17, 2013 (edited) Hey Raiders, Just had a few ripper days fishing our own backyard on tuggerah lakes for bream in our dual motor canoe. The bite was hot for 3 days before completley shutting off. Lots of video & pictures taken but I have summarised them into a video compilation.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xj195VMM8KIBiggest bream landed was 36cm, Flathead 35cmEel ???????CmBait of choice? 1. Raw Banana Prawns (peeled & filleted) on a size #1 Circle hook (musted demon). 2. Squidgy Wriggler (blood worm) 1/16th3. mullet strips Was an absolute hoot in the canoe. Tight Lines. Other than learning to fear you that is Usually the fish shutdown due to pressure or as more people have been seeing recently - BLOODY COMMERCIAL FISHOS netting the river in the late afternoon/evening about 2-3 times a week! Well done - cool set up for a canoe!
