one fishes
G'day all went for another Bass session yesterday 25/09/13 in the upper reaches of the Hastings we got 8 fish for 3hrs with my personal best Bass to Date of 440mm. As this system is new to me we have been doing a little exploring and found some really nice water no more than 10min away which makes it very easy to access. Even though I have a canoe I am now looking at getting a couple of Kayaks which I believe will be easier to handle up and down rapids and in tight water ways. Has anyone got any reviews on those cheap kayaks shown on the idiot box? any info would be appreciated. Tight lines Stu
phillmac
Nice fish, going to give the local Bass a go this season when they start. Could be different with all the water coming out of dam. May do a trip up there to gods country it I can suss the area out with the yak. Don't know about the ones on tv now but generaly if the yak is too short like the cheaper ones it will woddle rather than track straight like the dearer touring ones.
