Fishing at hill 60

Hey guys new to forum

I would like to know what the best rig set up for hill 60 and how to knot it up as well ><

been told to use stopper-float-sinker-swivel (link)-gang hook ( straight onto swivel ) - bait

Either with float or w/o

Hey man. The float is a good way to go. like you have said, stopper float sinker swivel leader ganged pillie. Its a reliable setup that produces. It might also pay off to take a crome spin lure with.

BUT WATCH THE WAVES. Hill 60 is a known death trap and cation should be taken. Best not to fish in any southerly swell. If you are in doubt fish the north side rather than the south, its still good fishing round there.

like krause said. and take care out there. its a tricky one and I wouldnt fish it in a southerly.

Take some bio-degradable balloons with you and use the wind direction to float your baits out further if you can!

You can set your bait deeper this way as you don't need the rig to be ass efficient for casting

I would not recommend fishing there unless you have all the safety gear like rock spikes etc and fishing with someone with

experience on the rocks. Never fish alone too. Hill 60 has claimed a lot of lives already.
