matyg
if you are walking keep everything as light as possible, waders are to keep you warm as much as anything else, water will be about 20 degrees and wader will allow you to stay comfortable for a lot longer. Yowie
Little critters that swim in the water, latch on to your skin, and bite and suck out a little bit of blood (not too much), but the itch afterwards can last a while and is very irritating, especially if you are in the deeper water and the critters bite you on the jatz crackers. Stapo
Pelican itch day and night, not good, waders are a must. I prawned down The Entrance Saturday night, got a couple of kilo of the King prawns, very tasty. Now the tide didn't turn an run out until 9pm So every night from then on will be later and later. Roughly add 40min per day, now this also depends on the size of the high tide as well.gets a bit confusing, the best way is to check it out the night before. So if your thinking of prawning say next weekend the tide will be running in on dark, won't start to run out till very late.
