Port Hacking jews and mystery?

Quick report,

Was there last night and 80cm jewie came out.

2 more good fish was lost

Also was using cuttlefish and something bit it in half, right through the bone!

I'm thinking jewie don't have teeth to do this so most likely some sort of shark?

Jew was caught towards the end of high tide, also rain seemed to help.

Oh FYI it wasn't my rod that had all the action, but still good fun

Great catch ,weather wouldn't been the best, shame about the Mystery Fish but that's why we keep going back for more Punishment .To Chill hard & have some Fun.

I'd say more likely a nice Tailor did your damage, those teeth go through fish backbones with no trouble so a cuttlefish aint out of the question and certainly a lot more of those abouts than bull sharks in the Port.

could be large tailor. I struggled to get a hook through the bone so next time I catch a tailor, I'm not going anywhere near it's mouth! lol
