Marlin01
I would think you clip it on and actually reverse a little. Great concept.

Jew Stalker
Give me a jack any day... I wouldn't trust it to be honest, it looks like it could roll forward and fall over pretty easily.
VViCKiD
I would say this thing can support more weight that your standard wheel jack that comes with your car. I tried jacking up my boat once with my emergency car jack and it looked like it bent a little !

Looks like they use them in the states. Just was curious if people tried them here thats all, I guess it, s better than not having any of the above. Not having a go at you mate, get rid of those useless, dangerous scissor lift jacks supplied by the car manufactures and invest in a bottle jack with at least 2t rating and a decent wheel brace and piece of 12"x12 19mm plywood and set of chocks. It will be money well spent. VViCKiD
All good fab. That's a great idea ! I just need somewhere to store this in my car. But will take a look into the dimestions of these things. I agree the standard rubbish ones with your car are dangerous indeed ! Does anyone know what the weight rating on them are ?
Nolongeramember
I would think you clip it on and actually reverse a little. Great concept. I'd say it would depend which way you clip it in as to which way you drive the vehicle.

This one I have here is over 20years old and rated to 750kg and solid as.The one's you get now im sure are made of a mixture of paper/cardboard and wouldn't trust them to lift a fat kid. Not sure of their rating, it should have a label somewhere on yours. They don't make things like they use to. Fab1
Any of the auto places carry them:Supercheap, auto1, auto bahn, interpart etc. And places like glenfords, gas weld, blackwoods etc. They all vary in quality and prices.
