batfishing
Are you planning on putting something on it? Strength should be there, but it's a bit of a polished finish. Might find it a tad slippery underfoot. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD Yeh i was thinking about gluing carpet down over it, the timber floor i have in the boat now is starting to stink every time it gets wet and i figured the aluminium will last a lifetime and never rot i just wasnt sure if a 3mm panel would be thick enough to hold me up as the supports that i will be screwing it to on the boat are roughly 450mm apart
batfishing
It is fairly strong, we looked at it for a product we build several years ago, but the cost was getting too high. We have a few products made out of it, it is fairly strong. The other way would be checker plate as Brickman said, or King Starboard Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
