GH1952 Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 With all the talk about marlin outside I made arrangements to spend the night on the water with the wife in pittwater chasing garfish for baits. Got out to Palm beach in the afternoon and started Berleying with bread and potatoes for no results except for yellowtail. We then decided to move to America bay for the night. Picked up a moring and threw out a yellowtail before starting the barbie. Had tea and a couple of beers and decided to check the rod and up came this nice flathead. Took the family out today for some brownie points too! The water in the bay today was 27.6deg. It was like diving into a bath. See ya soon! Cheers scratchie!!!
