But the back road to Pt Plomer has heaps of beaches and rocks that fish very well. Racecourse, Delicate Nobby, Big Hill. There are camping areas at Big Hill and Pt Plomer. Great boat based spot, but also walking distance to the ocean beach and some land based access including the Golden Hole at Fisherman's reach. Access to nippers for bait. Shoalhaven Heads caravan park, walking distance to the ocean beach, large pipi beds and also nippers back in the river for bait. Anywhere really between batemans bay and merimbula is tops for fishing and some great places to stay. Narooma being my personal favorite If going north, Forster is the go.
