0 Guest no one Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Sgt baker. Very bony but not bad finger food
0 quochuy Posted September 20, 2015 Author Posted September 20, 2015 Ahhh cool. Thanks mate. Found it on Google now.
0 quochuy Posted September 20, 2015 Author Posted September 20, 2015 Will try it in a vietnamese sweet and sour fish soup, probably the best way to cook it as it is bony.
0 Guest no one Posted September 20, 2015 Posted September 20, 2015 Did you kill it before you know if it was edible or legal to kill?
0 quochuy Posted September 20, 2015 Author Posted September 20, 2015 Did you kill it before you know if it was edible or legal to kill?Kept it alive hanging on side of yakSent from my XT1032 using Tapatalk
0 Yowie Posted September 21, 2015 Posted September 21, 2015 I would be wary of leaving any fish hanging over the side of a yak. Sharks have grabbed fish hanging over the sides of boats. If a shark grabbed a fish hanging on the side of a yak, most likely would tip you out and you would be the main course. Might be better to have a small esky or cool bag with a frozen pack or ice cubes to keep your fish fresh.

0 quochuy Posted September 22, 2015 Author Posted September 22, 2015 Thanks for the tips guys. As for hanging on yak side, I'm on planning to have a cooler bag in the yak's hull soon. Sent from my XT1032 using Tapatalk
