certified pineapple
It aint just the yanks that like power! 810 HP! 70132[/snapback] With housing prices being what they apparently are in Sydney, who can afford to run 810hp Do you think you'd get any real performance benefit with three instead of two ? Looks like more of a pose boat to me than anything, to be honest !
certified pineapple
I guess you might use # 3 as a spare ? With one of our 30lber snapper or a 25kg Kingy rampaging at the back of the boat it'd be a pain though

Geoff
Only in America . Last year I saw , some where around the web , a photo of a row of boats each with 4 motors , 1100hp. I think the name of the game is maxium speed to get to the popular spots before the next guy when fishing in a comp. Geoff
wakd
That boat is actually a TENDER for the big boat - yes, I'm serious. A boat was rigged with seven Yammy (I think) 200s a few years ago in Australia. Not 100% on the HP, but it was a seven motor rig. By the way, you run all three at once, none of them are an auxillary. Martin
I am sure the boat is still for sale and has been for a while. Don't see that its at all practical and was originally a show peice for marketing the hydra sports. Count not see it backing down all that well. All the action would need to happen from the bow quarters, then how do you do that on the boat. i don't think its a centre console. Think its all pose, may pull the chicks but.
