Sydney Fishing charters

Hi,

I was wondering wether somebody could PM me the better fishing charters offered in Sydney. I went out again today, fully prepared and came back with, you guessed it, NOTHING! So I'm wanting to find a charter operator that would do a one on one and teach me about bait, SP's, structures, fishfinders, spots, time of day etc.

Any recommendations would be very helpful (remember to PM not post).
