Outboard Leaking Oil

Quick question for all you boaties out there

I was looking at my mates boat the other day and noticed the outboard is leaking a bit of oil, it's a 75 Johnno 2 stroke 2001 model I think.

The boats been sitting there probably about 3 months since last use, is this unusual or could it be that the motor is tilted up. Not sure if it's ok to leave them up while parked or shoul the motor be put back level after thye baot get home.

It's not a lot of oil but I would think any leak is not good. :1yikes:

Wheres the leak? I'll assume its coming from the carb, if so thats pretty normal if the motor is left tilted. Better to store carb motors in the running posi to stop the fuel and oil running out. Itys just the contents of the float bowl, the fuel evaporates and the oil is left behind. No biggie.
