Fried blackfish fillet with green chili sauté.

Coat the fillet with a mixture of plain flour, rice flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Pan-fried it batch by batch.

2 green chili, 1 red chili, onion, garlic and shallot chopped.

Hot 2-table spoons of oil in a pan to sauté all the ingredients.

Put galangal, bay leaves, salt and pepper and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Pour over the fried fillet and done.
