GoingFishing
Hi Raiders Managed to bring home 3 striped tuna the other day with the intention of salting them for bait. Having woken up at 4am that day, by the time i got home, washed the boat, flushed the motor, packed the gear and filleted and salted two of the three tunas i was absolutely buggered. It was 38 degrees outside too and i am FORBIDDEN from having fish inside the house. the third tuna went into the freezer headless ( i copped a good spray for that too) so the Mrs is now onto me about the giant freezer obstacle which is the tuna, can i thaw it, fillet and salt and then refreeze?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated
