Guest bluecod
Weiry, Run a 12V test globe between points 1 and 3 and if the light comes on than you have a handy circuit to connect in to.
out n about
i think it may be another supply of power instead of running cables to and from the battery but to be sur follow what bluecod said
Wetpatch
If you dont have a test light you can also test using a multi metre one lead on the red the other on the black and you should get 11 to 12 volts
peahead
Gday Weiry, That is correct, you can use this to power other 12volt accessories. I have a quintrex and they too have the same bus bar only a little bigger... I am actually in the process of replacing my one with a larger one as I have used all my exisiting terminals and I now need more power. The rest of the guys are right though, you do need to test it just to be sure. Peahead.
pogo
certainly looks like a spot to run extras off, test as per previous posts and if it works you should be right, Use spade clips (from a marine or auto shop) to slide onto the pins. Make sure you have an appropriate size fuse between the connection point and the radio or whatever so you dont end up frying anything.
