Gutamouth
Quick post from the weekend in nelson bay. The weather came good so decided to head up one of the local beaches Friday arvo for high tide with some beach worms. The recent swells made some nice deep gutters right in close which were full of whiting bream and dart. After 2 hours called it quits and came up with 4 solid whiting and a 45cm Flatty so wasn't too bad at all Couldn't wet a line Saturday, but hit the stones early Sunday off cemetery point in Anna Bay and managed a few chopper tailor and a 60cm salmon that was fun on the light gear. Got busted off by something bigger too that chomped a whole squid and ran for it, didn't have much chance on the 12lb mono! Takin a heavier setup next time for sure. Stopped off at middlerock on the way home with the leftover squid baits and got some small bream, nothing worth keeping but still some fun. Heaps of deep channels around there atm, think it might be worth going back on the high tide! Cheers

Scratchie
Nice work! Also great fun on the sambos. They really thicken up in the cooler months from Anna bay to Fingal. There's a lot of beach worms at Kingsley if you looking! Cheers scratchie!!!
