goryee
Hey fishing lovers thinking of heading out to palm beach for some beach fishing sometime soon. Do you reckon these normal fishing rods would be suitable or I really need a beach fishing rod??? Thanks for your help
big Neil
Ideally a long beach rod is your best option mate. The long rod (12ft) serves the purpose of keeping the line clear of the waves rolling in and making the bites easier to detect. With those short rods the line would be washed all over the beach. A reasonable beach rod isn't too expensive either. BN
Guest Guest123456789
Yep they will work fine for bream whiting dart in close. Get a long sand spike though (either buy it or use a long hollow tube from somewhere).
