Novicefisherman
Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone is still getting any pelagics still ? Usually fish off the rocks and landbase. Weather is getting colder not sure if there still hanging around? Preferred method casting metals.

DMG
They are always around summer and winter. Fish at 1st light till it gets too sunny, say 9am,unless overcast or rainy then fish as long as you want. Best around, 2 hours before or 2 hours after high tide at 1st light or late hour or 2 before sunset and there is supposed to be a non active feeding period for fish the 1 hour during dead high or low tide then activity picks up again once the tide starts to move in or out again, for all fish (beleive it or not ) Well minimum activity. They go with the flow Edited June 18, 2017 by DMG

Flickn Mad
Hi Novice. About a week ago we trolled up a bonito only about 10 meters from the rocks. The interesting part was the two large kingies that chased it up. So yeah, there are still a few worth chasing.

Novicefisherman
I did have a fish last Sunday morning from 6pm - 10am on the spin gear for donuts on the northern beaches. Spun from the rocks. The last 2 sessions haven't had any luck on the Pelagics . That time of year with the transition of water i guess. The action looks like it is further north.
