adkel53 Posted March 5, 2018 Share Posted March 5, 2018 Has anyone been using the new Chasebaits Ultimate Squid soft plastic baits for kings? I reckon they look the goods and have purchased a pack of calamari coloured ones and a pack of crystal ones. I will try them on a light jighead around structure in the harbour and maybe throw them into some washes around the heads. They also look like they could be used on the downrigger with a two hook rig and possibly a small piece if real squid on the rear hook when fresh squid are hard to come by. What do others think? Scratchie Posted March 6, 2018 Share Posted March 6, 2018 Have to agree! A $20 for 3 lures, it’s pretty steep! Have a few guys trying them over the weekend and they did no good.
