Fishing in Northern Australia recommendations

Hi - 3 x dads looking to take 3 x 14 year old sons fishing next year. I'm wondering if anyone can recommend somewhere that offers great fishing, good guides & boats, basic comfortable accommodation and meals - and again.....great fishing!

Target inshore - barra, mangrove jack, threadfin & Offshore - GTs, queenfish, Spanish mackeral, fingermark etc.

All 6 people keen and experienced fishos.

Leaving Sydney, so Qld or NT best - WA/Kimberley too far/expensive.

I know there are lots of options so would appreciate any recommendations.

Sounds like an epic trip you have on the cards.

Never been but its on my bucket list.

I guess you have to try & nail it down to a particular area really as there is so much that can be had.

Swains reef out of Yeppoon, Weipa, Darwin & a stack more.

Man I have watched so many fishing shows 

There are some good threads in here on FNQ trips worth looking at if you do a search.

No probs Adrian. We don’t have any sponsors now. New owners may make changes and until then we just go with the present site rules.
