toibi
Good afternoon, I will be heading up to Camden Haven Inlet near Port Macquarie for a week long fishing trip and would like some information on Perpendicular point and any good rock fishing spots, I will be using poppers, big plastics and metals. I will be targeting all rock ledges during low tide. I have had a look on the map and located some good estuary spots and feel pretty comfortable going for a flick for some flathead and bream but rock jumping is a different story! Any spots or tips would be greatly appreciated Questions 1. Is it worth walking all the way down the perpendicular point walking track to the rock platform track or are there better options with a shorter walk. 2. Is the end of North Haven breakwall worth a flick, I have seen reports of plastics landing jews but break walls always seem a bit dangerous when lure fishing due to the awkward rocks. 3. I will be driving up to Port Macquarie any good ledges I should give a go? 4. Any general tips or hints about the area would be great! Tight lines, Jacko
