Pickles Posted December 12, 2020 Share Posted December 12, 2020 If I’m keeping Big slimies to be smoked or BBQ, I bleed them first. To BBQ, I salt the skin side only and put that side down on the griller plate of the BBQ for about 3 mins (those BBQ mesh are great to keep plate clean) and turn for 60 seconds.
